ALMI (Autologous Lipocyte Micronized Injection) is a revolutionary skin rejuvenation procedure using your own tissues to restore volume, texture and tone.  The all-natural procedure is a simple outpatient treatment that can turn back the clock in less than 45 minutes with minimal to no downtime for Face, Hands and Hair.

When people get older and lose collagen, or even experience weight loss, volume is depleted and the structural support to your skin in lost.

Your body slows collagen production in your mid-to late-20’s.  By age 40, most people have up to 20% collagen loss and by age 50 30% collagen loss. In order to restore the volume to a younger state, the volume and structure must be rebuilt to have a more youthful appearance. Using a combination of the body’s regenerative cells and fat tissue, the ALMI offers complete rejuvenation and natural looking results without going under the knife.

The ALMI Procedure is a nonsurgical treatment program that uses your own regenerative cells and fat tissue to address everything that happens to our skin with aging.  Each ALMI Provider has been specially trained in the techniques and methodology to maximize optimal results safely.

The ALMI offers a complete rejuvenation with natural looking results as the entire procedure comes from YOU!

You CAN Fight The Signs of Aging!

ALMI for hair:

Hair loss affects 70% of men and 40% of women in their lifetimes and can start as early as a person’s teens, with risk increasing with age.

Miniaturization of the hair follicle is the clinical hallmark of balding in men and women. Certain studies have established that stem cells residing in the scalp remain at persistent numbers, but the conversion of stem cells to the progenitor cells required for follicle regrowth and cycling is reduced in balding patients. Efforts to assist in this regeneration of the hair follicle may induce a more robust and stronger recycling of the hair follicle. Once these stem cells are administered, they have the ability to repair and re-activate dormant follicles, forming new cells of mesenchymal origin.
ALMI aims to provide a targeted placement of these regenerative cells to aide in the stem cell niche for hair cycling as a non-surgical option for patients experiencing hair loss.

Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP)

Platelet Rich Plasma Therapy (PRP) therapy is being increasingly used by athletes and patients who have recently had surgery and need help restoring their bodies. For many years doctors and medical researchers have known that platelets play a key role in bone healing and tissue repair after injury. Recently, however, skin specialists have been using platelet rich plasma (PRP) therapy as an innovative way to achieve healthier younger looking skin.

PRP as a cosmetic therapy

Recent published studies have indicated the potential role of PRP Therapy in facial skin rejuvenation, treatment of acne scars, and even some cases of alopecia (hair loss). Following PRP Therapy patients have reported diminishing or even elimination of wrinkles around the eyes and mouth and fine lines. Patient reports include beneficial effects on facial folds, crow's feet, fine lines, and acne scars. In some cases, repeated PRP treatments appears to restore lost volume, an ingredient in more youthful appearance.

Cosmetic PRP Benefits

Cosmetic PRP Therapy patients typically experience a number of benefits. One of its greatest benefits is it does not involve surgery. Patients usually are able to immediately return to their daily activities with few or no side effects.

How is it done?

Platelet rich plasma therapy begins by taking blood from the patient and processing it to create a concentration of beneficial platelets, cytokines, and growth factors. The concentrated serum is then injected into specific areas of the face to help foster collagen growth and tissue regeneration.
Due to the patient own blood being used, risk factors of disease transmission or immune reactions to foreign blood is eliminated.

How many treatments are usual?

PRP therapy is gaining popularity among cosmetic patients not only because of visible results but also because the treatment is so simple. Typically it is recommended to have 3 treatments at intervals of one month and then once yearly. During treatment, a topical numbing cream is applied to make the injections more comfortable. Patient reports show results appearing gradually and become visible during the weeks and months that follow the procedure.
